Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, consulting agreements in accordance with company policy.
- Administer all aspects of contracts including, but not limited to, flow downs, change management, record management and retention, closeouts and releases for second-tier contractors.
- Facilitate internal contract kickoffs with company leads and ensure all departments Accounting, HR, Security are appropriately briefed on all applicable contract requirements
- Coordinate and attend, on behalf of company, post-award contract kickoffs as hosted by government client and/or prime contractors
- Provide compliance oversight for company’s prime and sub contracts with applicable laws, regulations (FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements) and contract terms.
- Ensure the preparation and timely submission of Quality Control Plans, Transition Plans, and other contract deliverables
- Actively track contract scope changes and initiate appropriate change orders and modification requests
- Advise on and manage, in coordination with other departments, risks and escalated issues that impact company’s contracts including client complaints, subcontractor/consultant performance concerns
- Manage corporate certifications to ensure compliance with reporting and renewal requirements.
- Lead weekly contracts meeting with executive leadership and department heads.
Job Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of expertise in full lifecycle management of bids and contracts, at least 3 years in a leadership role (manager or director level). Juris Doctor or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), preferred but not required. Secret clearance optional.
